Being part of Planet Positive means we have a focused approach to making ourselves aware of, and dealing with our carbon output. Aside from reducing our carbon, it also encourages us to look at all aspects of the environment and CSR with deliberate actions.

Our sustainable commitments and goals are as follows:

• Look at how we function as a business, to improve recycling within the office and on site, and to focus on our supply chain.
• Recycle or reuse where appropriate
• Products specified will follow these sets of requirements:
  
  • Cradle-to-cradle products and materials.
  • Locally sourced products and materials.
  • Wood from FSC source.
  • Polished steel instead of chrome.
  • Veneers instead of laminates.
  • Products which have a notable percentage of recycled content or can be recycled post use.
  • Invest in our office space to ensure it runs efficiently, which is supported by targets set by Planet Positive. This includes looking at the vehicles we use, as well as using energy from sustainable sources
  • Gain recognition as market leaders in our approach to sustainability and to be carbon negative by 2012.
